Registration and Eligibility Criteria

  1. Registration forms must be submitted online only through www.p2pevents.in or www.chamaktesitare.in
  2. Registration will be completed after paying the non-refundable registration fee of INR 600. For mandatory workshop, fees will be declared later.
  3. To participate in “Suron Ke Chamakte Sitare“, your age must be 6-15 years for the Junior Category and 16-45 years for the Senior Category.
  4. Participants must disclose to the Company in writing full details of any and all criminal or civil proceedings/actions pending, proceedings served, and/or convictions unspent as at the date of Application.

Audition Requirements

  1. Participants will be invited to perform a whole or part of a song in Hindi or Regional Language of Uttarakhand (Garhwali, Kumaoni, Jaunsari) and Uttar Pradesh (Awadhi, Bhojpuri & Braj), following which they will be informed whether they have been called back to perform in front of the Judges.
  2. Participants should have at least two songs prepared and will be asked to sing a cappella (without music). No musical accompaniment (whether recorded or live) will be permitted.
  3. Ensure the lyrics are appropriate for all audiences. Inappropriate songs will be directly disqualified.
  4. In case a minor Applicant appears at the Audition location without his/her Parent/Legal Guardian being the Registrant(s), such Applicants shall not be allowed to enter the auditions and shall stand disqualified.
  5. For the purpose of participation in the Audition, it is hereby clarified that Parent shall mean the natural parent of the Participant being his or her biological Father or Mother. Guardian shall mean such Guardian as appointed by a District Court under the relevant provisions of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890. Any other claim for Guardianship shall have to be established by way of proper documentation and Company shall have the sole discretion to decide about allowing such Participants. Other, Family members, relatives or friends and colleagues shall not be allowed entry inside the Audition venue.
  6. Registration number is received during registration on website p2pevents.in and then on registered email.
  7. Documents for Participation in the Audition: For enabling the Participant to participate in the Auditions, the Participant shall bring 1 recent Passport size photograph & a photocopy – and the original of any of the following documents in support of the identity, age and residence proof at the audition venue :
  • Identity Proof – PAN Card / Passport / Aadhar card / Driving License / Voter Identity Card.
  • Age Proof – PAN Card / Passport / Aadhar card / Driving License / Voter Identity Card / Birth Certificate / School Certificate / Court Affidavit (Any one Age Proof)
  • Address Proof – Passport / Aadhar card / Driving License / Voter Identity Card
  • Proof of Relationship / Guardianship – Ration Card / Passport / School Leaving Certificate / Court order declaring the Guardian as the legal guardian of the Minor Participant / Any other Govt. document establishing the relationship / guardianship (Applicable in case of a minor)
  • The photocopy of the original and the original document itself should be clear and legible.
  • The Participant(s) shall ensure that all the above documents are provided to enable the Participant to participate in the Audition. If Participant is accompanied by the Guardian, then copy of order passed by a District Court under the relevant provisions of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 appointing such Guardian.

Behaviour and Conduct

  • Participants must maintain decorum at the audition venue and strictly adhere to organizers’ instructions. Any disruptive behavior or contravention of instructions will result in immediate disqualification. Misleading others or spreading rumors about “Suron Ke Chamakte Sitare” will lead to disqualification and potential legal action.
  • Successful applicants will be required to sign further agreements/release forms, which will be communicated via Email, SMS, or Phone Call after the audition. Participants are prohibited from bringing weapons, alcohol, or non-prescription controlled substances. P2P Events, Producers, and their agents have the right to conduct discreet inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Entry to the audition venue is open at designated times as determined by competition management. Participants who fail to report on time will lose their chance to participate. Once inside the venue, participants must abide by all terms, conditions, and agreements as instructed by the judges and P2P Events Team, or face disqualification and removal from the venue.

Refunds Policy

  • Registration for Audition Round is non refundable at any case therefore we suggest to register if you fulfill all Eligibility criteria.
  • Once you have further rounds or workshop, you can request a refund within 24 hours of making the online payment. In such cases, the registration will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
  • At Suron Ke Chamakte Sitare, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services. We are happy to issue a full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of making the online payment.
  • The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this timeframe, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing, and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours. During peak seasons, please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.
  • To request a refund, simply email us your registration details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. Decisions of Judges and Organizers

  • In case there is any mismatch of details in any round of the competition, the Participants may be disqualified from further participation in the competition if he/she is unable to resolve discrepancies.
  • All Terms and Conditions must be followed or else disqualification might be done. By their participation, they agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Producer, the voting audience, and the panel of judges, which shall be final and binding.
  • All decisions made by the judges and organizers of Suron Ke Chamakte Sitare are final and binding. No appeals or objections will be entertained regarding the selection process, judging criteria, or any other aspect of the competition.

Rights to Shooting and Videography

  • All personal details and information provided by each participant must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion if any information supplied is found to be untruthful, inaccurate, or misleading.
  • Participants hereby irrevocably assign to the Producer all present and future copyright and all other rights in their contributions to the Program. This allows the Producer to use, exploit, and license others to use these contributions in any media and format, known or invented in the future, throughout the universe for the full duration of copyright, including extensions. Participants also grant all necessary consents and waivers to enable the fullest use of the Program without restriction. This includes waiving any and all “Moral Rights” under the Copyright Act, 1957, or any similar laws. The Producer may use participants’ names, likenesses, voices, biographical details, photographs, and recordings in advertising and publicity material.
  • By attending the audition, participants, and their accompanying friends or family members consent to the recording and use of their performance, appearance, name, voice, likeness, and any musical or sound effects they produce. This includes use in connection with television programs, motion pictures, or the internet for all purposes, including advertising, marketing, promotion, merchandising, and exploiting any ancillary and subsidiary rights. This consent is granted for all media, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, without compensation unless otherwise required by law.

Other Conditions

  • The Participant agrees that they have been briefed by the Producer of the nature of the Competition and that they state that they are medically fit and healthy to take part in the competition.
  • In case of minor Participants, a written approval from their school/college authorities, if any, must be furnished giving permission to the Participant to take leave and be available for the shoot, as per the discretion of the competition Management.
  • Only 1 companion will be allowed per minor Participant inside the Audition venue gate. By virtue of entering the venue, the Participant agrees that such Participant along with his companion shall be captured on camera and P2P Events shall have the complete authority to use the footage as recorded by the Producer as they deem fit, for the competition.
  • The producers shall not be liable to them and their legal representative for any loss or damage or injury to them, their property and their property caused by or suffered during or in connection with their taking parts in the program, including without limitations, as a result of personal injury, invasion of privacy, libel, defamation or infringement of copyright, unless caused by the cross negligence of the producer and recoverable on that ground following judgment of a competent court of final judgment.
  • Producer and/or P2P Events will not be responsible towards any expenses incurred by the Participant for the auditions including but not limited to any travel and accommodation expenses incurred by them.
  • These Rules & Regulations and the Competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Participant(s) submit irrevocably to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
  • Any unsigned form will be rejected. Participants must not sign this form unless they are sure that any information, they have furnished is correct and they are prepared to agree to the conditions set out. In case of a minor, they must have this form signed on their behalf by either their parent or legal guardian, otherwise the form would be an invalid form.
  • P2P Events reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Participants to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Information We Collect

We may collect personal data, including your name, email or street address, date of birth, telephone number, preferences, interests, or other information you provide to us or grant us access to (“Personal Data/Information”) when you register for newsletters, communicate with us, or participate in interactive games, features, or competitions. We may also collect photographs, video images, or other user-generated content that you upload to the Site. Additionally, the Sites may ask you to provide demographic information (e.g., gender, zip code, age) or details about your preferences and interests. If we combine demographic or other collected information with your Personal Information, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information. Please note that information submitted via a “contact us” or similar function may not receive a response. We will not use the provided information to contact you for marketing purposes unrelated to your request unless you agree otherwise.
